New Releases at SSD! Feel the Music Kit & Newspapers

Hey guys! I meant to get this release on the blog earlier, but I've been stuck in bed with the flu. Regardless, I love this kit so much, I had to come show it off anyways :)

I was inspired by my son Rickey Jay's love of playing guitar.

Something different...

If you know me, you know that I like all types of art. I'm always looking for new stuff to make. I've been sitting on these beer and pop bottle tops forever, and finally decided to do something with them.

I thought about adhering them to a canvas or frame but settled on making some cute little magnets. All you need are bottle tops, magnets (I cut up some strips of magnet I had in my craft junk), hot glue (super glue would work, too), and something to fill the cap and adhere your magnet to. 

I used some small, flat glass pebbles that I had left over from wedding projects.

Quick, easy and fun. For real.
